The edgy design of the bidirectional inner bezel gives the watch an even more sporty look. The design of the dial, which can also be found on the mechanical model of the 880 series launched in 2023, is inspired by Tokyo's night sky and shows endless skyscrapers with square windows of different sizes that interpret the traditional Japanese checkerboard pattern (Ichimatsu pattern) in a modern way. The transparent case back opens up a view of the ticking heart of the watch. The movement is also equipped with magnetic resistance to keep the watch accurate by reducing the effects of magnetic fields generated by smartphones and tablets in our digital world. Special features of the watch also include an average daily accuracy of -10 to +20 seconds and a power reserve of roughly 42 hours.
